TINUBDAN RUN 2025 – VIRTUAL RUN GUIDELINES

Thank you for joining the Tinubdan Run 2025 – Sogod Bay Half-Marathon Virtual Run!
Please read and follow the guidelines below:

GENERAL GUIDELINES

• Participants may complete their registered distance in one go or cumulatively until they reach 21KM, 15KM, or 6KM, depending on their category.
• You may run anywhere, whether outdoors or on a treadmill.
• Participants must use any fitness-tracking app or device (e.g., Strava, Garmin, Adidas Running, Huawei Health).
• Set your activity to “Race” or “Run” mode so that elapsed time is recorded accurately.
• All virtual runs must be completed on or before December 21, 2025.
• Submit your proof of completion (screenshot of activity with date, distance, and elapsed time visible) to the Tinubdan Run 2025 Facebook Page via message.

PROOF OF COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS

Your submission must clearly show the following:

• Runner’s Name
• Date of Activity
• Distance Completed
• Elapsed Time (not moving time)
• Route Map (if available)
• Multiple screenshots allowed if completing the distance in installments.

REGISTRATION & RACE KIT

• Registration is done online only.
• Once verified, your race kit (bib, shirt, and medal) will be shipped to your address after the official event date.
• Ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

RUNNING REMINDERS

• Follow local health and safety protocols at all times.
• Hydrate properly and choose safe running environments.
• Participants run at their own risk; organizers are not liable for any injuries or accidents during the virtual run.
• Use reflective gear or run during daylight if running outdoors.

DISQUALIFICATION GUIDELINES

Your submission may be invalidated if:

• Activity is manually entered or shows unrealistic pace or GPS data.
• Date of activity is after December 21, 2025.
• Proof submitted is incomplete or tampered.
